Allison was wonderful to work with and very helpful with making my first home purchase. She was able to answer my questions, discuss the pros and cons of a variety of options available, and provided exceptional service and care that I was happy with the decisions I was making. I appreciated her patience during the house hunting and education about buying a house. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Allison!

We met Allison by accident while going to open houses a few years ago. She seemed very friendly and approachable and did not pressure us. We liked that. Since then, we have sold a home with Allison, and purchased a home with Allison. She was very helpful with both and we have established a great working relationship with her. This is the first home sale and purchase we've completed with Allison, and the second with the Platinum Team and we couldn't be more impressed. Allison was a HUGE advocate for us, and even had a verbal agreement on our house in place BEFORE it hit the MLS. She is easy to work with, direct, and really knows her stuff. Particularly when it came to buying a new home, Allison really worked hard to provide us a range of options and help us work through what we wanted and what we needed. Allison has worked with us over a one year and nine month period while we searched for our next home. She showed great knowledge and patience as we explored various housing options prior to selling our home. We lived a great distance away so she accommodated viewings when it suited our schedule. She had a keen eye for detail noting issues that were not always apparent to the casual viewer and she had a good sense of market value for various properties that we looked at. When our house finally sold in late November 2020, we were in a hurry to find something that suited our needs at a time when the market was busy and she helped us find our next home (and we took possession Dec 15, 2020). Allison is a great communicator and always kept us up to speed as we progressed through the steps leading to a final purchase.
