Alex helped us to sell our house and buy a new one. Not easy process but his professionalism, market knowledge, financial expertise and excellent people's skills really helped the process and made it much easier. The special kudos should go to his communication skills and punctuality: it seems he is watching his cell 24/7 as every time you text him he replies back in minutes. If he promises to be somewhere at specific time he will be there 5 min before. Super organized and detail oriented. Not too many realtors possess even half of these qualities so for me I would 100% recommend him to work with! You won't be disappointed.
