We met Aleks in August when we decided to buy our new home, he is highly knowledgeable, very punctual, always happy to help, very professional, reliable, wonderfull person and all of the advices he gave us were most usefull, he deserves ten star rating especialy for the special suprise on completion day he organized for us. We highly recommend use of his services.

We have used Aleks to buy and sell our last 2 homes and are about to list our home again and buy again and would never consider using anyone else. I am not a fan of realtors or car salesmen and my kids made Aleks very aware of that (without me knowing of course) so when I met him for the first time he mentioned to me that my kids told him about my love for commissioned sales people. Anyway I must say that Aleks knowledge and professionalism won me over. What was so different and so welcoming was he brought his wife to the showings so my wife and girls also had someone to engage with as well which very much made our search feel like a family search not a sales pitch. Aleks had all the contacts ready ro go from brokers to inspectors and not just fly by night people as well. The inspector was also amazing. The first house we all desperately wanted to buy the inspector said run, then invited us to review why he said this. To this day we loved the property but the honest inspection saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Aleks regardless of which firm he represents. It's not the firm or the big name that matters its the individual.
