Worked with Aleks on a first-time home purchase and the experience was a great one. Aleks was knowledgeable, supportive, fast, kind and efficient. He even provided additional resources and tools that would aid in the process along the way. For my first offer I bailed due to the condo’s financials and for my second offer the seller wasn’t very flexible. So although I wasn’t able to secure a place this time around, my plan is to save a larger deposit and hit the ground again with Aleks by my side.
