It was amazing working with Aleks, Thanks to him we were able to by our first house but also turn it into our home. It was a pleasure working with him and we know he’s still here if we need a helping hand.

This guy is the champ. I told him what I was looking for and he found me a steal. Highly recommend . Super nice , always there when I needed him . There is no agent like him!

Aleks sold our mobile home that we had as a rental property. We had moved out of province and after a bad tenant experience decided it was time to get rid of it. Aleks was recommended to us by a former neighbour who had used him to sell her home. He showed up to meet me in a timely manner, on time and looking polished and professional. He knew we just wanted to dump the property and was able to do that for us. Considering it was a mobile home which are notorious for taking a long time to sell, he had it sold in a little over 3 months which is much quicker than we were expecting. And although his commission was much less than a "regular" home, he never gave us service that would reflect that lower commission. Would absolutely recommend Aleks for the job.

Aleks helped us in buying our first home ever, and I cannot express our gratitude enough. Being in Canada for only a few years, we did not know exactly what to expect in the home buying process, but the expertise and advice provided by Aleks helped us immensely. He was always patient, professional and friendly. He let us know what to look for and what to avoid while buying a house, which helped us in making the most informed decision possible. Aleks was amazing to deal with. He responded to messages right away. Was always willing to work around my schedule and meet up when worked best for us. He was always available for questions and when he didn't have the answer he was always very fast to find it out for us. I would 100% buy with Aleks again in the future.
