Tom did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find our dream home. We only had a week in town to find and purchase our home and Tom made sure the whole process went smoothly. He listened to our wishlist and provided many options for us to look at before we made the trip out to Ottawa, so that we were able to focus on the top 15 or so houses that interested us the most. Tom has great area knowledge and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Tom even went the extra mile for us to walk through mosquito heavy bush while dressed in a suit to find out where our property ended! I highly recommend Tom if you are looking to buy a new home.

Tom was great to work with. He was timely in his replies, understood our needs, and honestly addressed any concerns we had. He was deeply involved in the staging and prep work before we listed. Once our home was listed, we were able to quickly sell for the price we sought.

Tom Sapinski is a great agent! We used his services 9 years ago when we first bought this house and for our current sale. He is professional, polite, punctual, down-to-earth, always available, and very easy to speak to (should you have any questions during ANY steps of the buy/sell process). His ability to keep track of the market conditions paired with his experience is remarkable and accurate! I have bought and now sold a house with Tom, both phenomenal experiences. I generally don't do well in scenarios in which I'm not in control, I get anxious, etc.... That has not been the case with Tom. He has a quiet confidence about him that has you trusting his judgment. I literally said, "Tom, I trust you....tell me what you think I should do here." I listened, and came out 20 grand ahead because of it. This guy pitched in with my friends to help get my place ready for pictures, day of, in a major time crunch. I could write a novel here. But I won't lol. I'll leave it at this....if you're thinking about working with Tom, stop, and start working with him immediately.
