We worked with Tom to sell our condo and for the purchase of a new home. We were relatively new to the process, but he made things simple and easy. He kept us informed every step of the way which was very reassuring. We sold in no time thanks to his expertise and he guided us to a new home perfect for our needs. Tom really listened to what we wanted and also made sure we didn’t forget what we really needed. When a problem with an appliance popped up at the new house, he helped right away in getting it fixed and provided us with some great advice on how to handle the issue. Tom is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were very impressed, would definitely work with him again and recommend him highly!
