Tom was absolutely stellar taking care of us for the sale of an Estate home in Ottawa. He helped guide us through the process and provided valuable feedback for opportunities to maximize the sale price. As we work and live in Toronto, he went above and beyond taking care of things with the house in our absence taking pressure off of enabling to deal with a majority of the house remotely! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom is an excellent real estate agent and perfect for buyers like myself who have little experience with buying a new home. The market in Ottawa was red hot when I was looking, but Tom was extremely patient and was always quick to make new suggestions or go with the flow when I changed my search parameters. I looked at multiple homes with Tom and he was very knowledgeable about the different areas of Ottawa. He has many connections within the Ottawa area for things like painters, inspectors, etc. He provided some great, honest advice on whether a particular home was in my price range or not and adapted his purchasing strategy to best suit the variables of each home. Overall, I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a solid realtor, especially those who would like plenty of guidance navigating a challenging market.
