<p>This can be a very stressful time. Buying and selling a house, especially in the current market, is very intimidating. Tom brought such a high degree of professionalism and knowledge with him that it was far easier than expected. He was available to answer all our questions, turn around on deliverables on very short notice and guide us through all the intricacies of real estate with ease and confidence. He is a high dedicated and motivated person who will look out for your best interests all through the process. I cant recommend him highly enough. We have had some bad agents in the past and Tom sets himself head and shoulders above them and even above what you could expect or ask of an agent. This process was truly easy and we love the new house and got a great deal on the old house as well</p>

I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Tom to be your real estate agent !! he went above and beyond to sell our house. Note: we starting showings on Saturday and sold our house the next day on Sunday. Myself, my wife and our two children were looking to upgrade to a single family home in the same neighborhood. We also wanted to hold onto our existing townhouse as an investment property. Tom was awesome. We looked and looked but the inventory didn't really match our budget or our expectations. Tom was relentless, he was constantly updating us on an almost daily basis on the market.
