I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Tom to be your real estate agent !! he went above and beyond to sell our house. Note: we starting showings on Saturday and sold our house the next day on Sunday. Our house sold fast as a direct result of Tom's guidance and support. He made everything seamless and smooth. He took the time to listen to our needs, answered all of our questions and concerns. I was so nervous to sell my house at first, but Tom's knowledge of the real estate industry put my mind at ease and he literally handled everything on our behalf. His excellent professionalism and efficiency is truly amazing. I am so thankful for his wise guidance and support. Myself, my wife and our two children were looking to upgrade to a single family home in the same neighborhood. We also wanted to hold onto our existing townhouse as an investment property. Tom was awesome. We looked and looked but the inventory didn't really match our budget or our expectations. Tom was relentless, he was constantly updating us on an almost daily basis on the market.
