Our experience with Conrad has been great! He is not one of those ‘pushy ‘ agents; he uses his calm demeanour and sound knowledge of the industry and properties/ buyers’ goals to guide you through decisions/the process. Conrad does an excellent job of guiding buyers through holistic decision making by arming you with information and connections between the real estate properties and other aspects: economy, areas, trends, life, ... . Exceptional punctuality record and a man of his words. I Will recommend him confidently to anyone!

Very considerate and listening agent who works for you. Great follow up and after closing support to update on value of my home. Conrad’s honesty and availability to answer questions when I have them was most helpful for my first home and is good for my next.
