Conrad was very patient, especially in explaining to me how buying a house works, when was the right time, and helping me with my pre-approval. He would set up zoom meetings to educate me on decisions i made so i could be sure i was making the right choice. He has a very good relationship with many builders in Calgary,so meetings went really well. I needed an agent that was helpful, but also truthful and patient, because as a 1st time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Conrad was always there to answer them.
