Conrad was one step ahead of the builders at every instance. He knew every stage of the home purchase process like the back of his hand and told us what to expect at each stage. His knowledge about the market, the available builders, the variety of home styles, peculiarities of different neighborhoods is immense. He is definitely a seasoned professional you want to have in your corner whenever you decide to buy a home. He is willing to go even farther than you can possible go to get you the best home and deal. Beyond his knowledge, expertise and professionalism, he has a very kind and humble personality and also extremely patient. I would recommend Conrad over and over again to friends, family and even people I don't know because he is the best realtor anyone can ever hope to get.

I met Conrad through a friend whom he had helped to get a property , and Conrad came highly recommended. One year down the line i looked for his business card and gave him a call, he immediately swung into action in terms of sending me properties within the price range i had given him and in different locations. He explained in details step by step process in terms of mortgage calculation and qualification, he was well grounded so he knew the vital information to provide to make you flow with him. Getting a garage to be added to the property was also a tricky one with the lenders, but with Conrads experience , he managed the process professionally and we were able to eventually seal the deal. When the possession date was moved because of Covid, he continued to be a strong support, speaking reassuring words and keeping us on track. It didn’t feel to us like he was just out for the money.
