Conrad has always been ready and willing to help my family look for our forever home even with all of our complex needs. We consider Conrad to be a family friend we feel like we've known him our whole lives. My realtor was very professional, he answered what seemed to be an endless list of questions that I had as a first time buyer and he would respond immediately. He was with me every step of the way throughout the entire process took me to see a few resale home but quickly realized that I was looking for more of a new build home and helped me get into the home that I'm in today and I'm very happy with it.
