Laura McCollom provided me with the absolute best real estate agent experience ever. I have bought and sold several properties using various realtors throughout the province but this was the first in the Victoria area. My mother recently passed and the probate granting process added months to the closing of the transaction. We interviewed several experienced, successful, well known realtors before deciding on Laura. The thought, care and thoroughness - the effort - in her preparation for our first meeting was most impressive. She quickly separated herself from the others by her personality, interpersonal skills, ability to relate to our specific needs. Laura took a genuine interest in our situation, asked questions and, because it was an estate sale, made key recommendations that the other realtors did not. She was the only realtor who was able to demonstrate, beyond words, how her knowledge, expertise and experience would benefit us. The house sold within a couple of days of being listed. Other words to describe Laura: professional, genuine, honest, compassionate, supportive, responsive (calls, texts, questions answered immediately), trustworthy, someone who loves what she does.
