Not knowing the house sale market in Victoria at all, I put my trust in Laura (and Laney) and I knew I had made the right decision. Laura talked me through the process, making sure I understood each step. Within days, the property was on the market, viewings were organized and shortly after, an offer was received. Laura strongly assisted by Laney is very knowledgeable about the market, knows her business and is a great negotiator, she gave good advice, and always responded promptly to any questions. Laura is everything you would want in a Realtor. We used her to purchase our new Condo. She made sure she knew what we were looking for, and she showed us tons of places. I never felt rushed, or pressured. I felt like she was looking out for my best interests, not her own. She is a warm, friendly person and a consummate professional. Laura is extremely hard working. It seems no matter when I contacted her by text or email she responded very quickly. If I had questions about something she got the answers. She is honest and upfront and and alerted us to any possible issues. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and organized. She also went over and above and offered to write up a contract for sale for us when we were selling our own property privately to a family member, and she helped us through that process without any benefit to herself. I can't say enough about Laura. You will not regret having her represent you either buying or selling.
