My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our first home with Laura. Guiding us through every stage of the process. Laura obviously listened to our requirements, the first house she recommended we ended up buying. The purchasing process was also easy with Laura, guiding us through each stage, even though we were still going well past midnight. We can’t praise Laura enough, her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. A truly genuine and nice person. We have, and will continue to recommend her to all our friends.

Laura has been an outstanding support for my first home purchase. Her knowledge of Victoria condo real estate is simply without parallel - she knows the history of an enormous number of individual buildings and has at her fingertips details about the health of the strata, the neighbourhood, the building construction, etc. When we went to see properties, Laura was able to tell me the age of the windows, balconies, and often picked out crucial construction details that I would never have seen on my own (like cracks in the foundation, sloping floors, etc.). As a first time buyer unfamiliar with condo units, I had a steep learning curve and Laura was enormously patient. She really takes the time to explain even trivial details and helps her clients establish a sensible priority list for prospective properties. As she herself often admits, she is very "picky" about the really important features of properties and will tell you candidly which options are a good purchase and which ones to pass on. To me, this is exactly what the best realtor does - Laura could easily have sold me a property very quickly but instead she took the time to find me a property with good value. Within the hot Victoria market, my home purchase was very modest, but Laura never once made me feel like I was anything but the most important client and so I had complete confidence that she was treating my home purchase as though it were her own. Laura also has a lovely warm personality and is incredibly efficient. In Victoria's real estate market, it's so important to be able to act quickly on properties, and Laura really goes above and beyond to give her clients the edge. The network she works with (lawyer, inspector, etc.) is likewise very professional and I felt very comfortable with the whole process from my very first meeting to the negotiations and moving in. I would (and do!) actively recommend Laura to family, friends, and colleagues very strongly without the slightest hesitation.
