Eric was an excellent choice as our Real Estate Agent. Eric helped us by arranging a walk through of our home with a Professional Stager. The companies he used to take pictures and measurements were very professional and fast. Eric also had great recommendations on a Lawyer and Home Cleaner. The sales process is challenging, but Eric was amazing throughout the whole process. We had an offer on the first day! We also bought our next home via Eric. He showed us similar listings, before and after photos and was great in negotiations. I highly recommend Eric Boyd and his team.

Eric responded to my initial request within a few hours and scheduled a visit to my house the very next day. This was important as I was moving out of the province in a couple of days. The selling price suggested seemed a little higher than market, however, Eric discussed the strategy and market analysis with me after which I was comfortable. We accepted an offer 2 days after listing, which was a lot higher than I expected. Eric also made regular visits to the house as I was in another province and needed someone to check the property.
