Eric sold my house in 2 days! I had 23 showings in 2 days followed by multiple offers and got over asking price. Eric is very smart and has loads of experience. He was so honest and upfront but the best was how he made it feel like I was his only listing. It felt like VIP treatment and he was instantly available anytime I needed. He goes above and beyond and really gives his time, effort and attention. I highly recommend Eric for a fast easy sale and I’ll call him in the future for purchasing and selling property.
