Eric’s enthusiasm is infectious. As soon as we met him we knew he would work hard to sell our house. He is very professional and responsive. His expertise in marketing are immediately apparent. His photography and brochures are of high quality, and he leverages his network and digital resources to create demand. Within 2 days we had multiple offers and sold for well over asking. I would happily use him again and highly recommend him.

Eric was absolutely the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with! From the very start, he was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, checked in regularly with me throughout the entire process, and was also available anytime to answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about every part of the city, which made it easier for someone who was moving from another province. Eric is very friendly, very professional and made the transaction go so smoothly. He is all around just a great guy!
