<p>I met Eric through a referral. I own a number of properties and am normally the purchaser. This is an intelligent, pleasant, knowledgable and professional person who truly does care about his clients. Even though I live in another city, communication transpired with ease and speed. He went well above the normal duties of his profession. I have dealt with quite a number of realtors over the years and he has out shined them all by far, to the point that I won't go to anyone else for a purchase or a sale at any time in the future. I can't say enough. I do trust that he treats all of his clients as well and will gladly recommend him to everyone that I can.</p>

<p>I purchased my first home with Eric's help and I couldn’t have been happier with the job he did. Throughout the entire process he was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every single question I could come up with. When I became interested in homes he was supportive, but pointed out specific problems and explained potential points of concern; at no point did I feel any pressure to make an offer on a home that wasn’t perfect. He made himself available whenever I would send him messages, more than once we toured potential homes less than a day from when I first saw the listing and revisited the home I chose on numerous occasions to ensure it was the perfect home for me. In such a competitive market as Calgary this kind of availability was crucial. Once I was ready to make an offer Eric was invaluable in helping me prepare and understand the process. In less than a day he was able to put together an offer as well as include additional conditions to help ease my apprehensions with the purchase. He kept in constant communication with the selling agent and provided critical updates as well as negotiating a later conditions closing date as my financing was not in place in time. During this process Eric remained extremely professional and helped to keep me calm until the final sale was complete.
