Bryce is a pro! He provided guidance in terms of staging our house properly and brought in a photographer who really captured what our home had to offer. The open house that his associate Kelsey put on towards the end of the second week that our house was on the market brought out the buyer. In terms of showing properties Bryce was always available and made me and my family comfortable. He's easy to talk to and his knowledge of the market is second to none. When it came to finding our new home Bryce and his team made the whole process stress free. Nice work!

Bryce listened to a few concerns of mine prior to my house hitting the market. I believed I could get a better price than what was first discussed, but did not want to price myself out of the market. Bryce was fully engaged in the conversation and kept my thoughts and attention to a logically perspective. I've dealt with Bryce in the past, and have referred my friends to him.
