I recently worked with Bryce to sell my home, which he did quickly, professionally and got me the price I had hoped for. Bryce knows the market inside and out and was able to advise me on pricing my house competitively. He made sure my house was prepared to show its best and he had professional photos done that I know helped generate interest in my house. Tara was great in her communications with me for setting up showings and making sure I knew what was going on at all times.
