He was also very honest and objective about the properties, their locations and the possible advantages and disadvantages of the areas in which they were located. He is easily approachable and will not hold any punches back (either way). We found him to be prompt in answering questions and he went out of his way to address any concerns that we had (one example is by going to the Comox archives to provide us with legal information for a concern that we had). I feel confident that after this transaction we can still call him at any time for professional advise and trust that he would hold the same high standard has he maintained during our dealings with him.
