My wife and I recently purchased our first home in this crazy market. Sam went above and beyond to provide us with the support and resources we needed. Sam supported and guided us in the decision process for every property we were considering through insightful advice and encompassing market knowledge. Not mentioning that Sam is a genuine, caring individual who is a real pleasure to work with. Sam has exceptional negotiation skills and he exceeded our expectations on the deal he closed for us on the house we fell in love with. We couldn’t have had this beautiful house without his help. I recently had the opportunity to work with Sam with the objective of finding a tenant to rent my property. From the moment we first engaged in conversation, he made sure he understood my preferences and he always ensured that I was comfortable with the next steps going forward. Throughout the process, Sam conducted himself with professionalism and provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions. He never pressured me to rush into decisions, but provided me timely advice when I needed it. It is clear that Sam is people-oriented and always places his clients first. He provided me with honest advice that I could trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better representative throughout this process!

We were then referred to Sam by a friend and we ended up purchasing the first property that we offered through Sam. Sam did some research and provided us a number for the value for the property, which helped us in determining the max we can offer on the property. He strategically put in a pre-emptive offer, which I think helped us win the offer. Sam was always available for questions and gave all the information that we asked for.
