We recently purchased a second home through Sam, and he went above and beyond our already high expectations of him. Sam works extremely hard for all of his clients, and this shows. He is always very quick to respond to all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable in the Ottawa and surrounding area real estate market. His negotiation skills never fail to amaze, and we are fortunate to have purchased another home with him at a great price. We have referred him to numerous friends and family members in the past, and they would all recommend him again in a heartbeat!

Sam helped me land my first home, he made sure I ended up buying the right house. With his expertise, he was always able to tell if there are any issues with the homes we visited.
