We had been seeing several properties over several months with another realtor and nothing worked out. We were then referred to Sam by a friend and we ended up purchasing the first property that we offered through Sam. Sam did some research and provided us a number for the value for the property, which helped us in determining the max we can offer on the property. He strategically put in a pre-emptive offer, which I think helped us win the offer. Sam was always available for questions and gave all the information that we asked for.

Sam was amazing in helping sell my parents home. My parents had lived in their house for 35 years and he was honest about what needed to be done to ensure that we got top dollar for it. He kept us informed along the way and was always available for a chat or to answer any questions we had. We knew that Sam had my parents best interests at heart throughout the whole process. We could not recommend Sam enough for anyone needing a real estate agent. Thank you so much Sam!!!

Sam was fantastic to deal with in regards to my recent rental with his agency. Quick to respond to any questions, available for viewings on my schedule and was a great go-between between the owner of the property and myself. Would 100% recommend Sam to any and all future clients.
