My partner and I recently bought and sold a house with Sam. It was fantastic working with Sam. He is professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. He was always willing to answer any questions we might have and helped us purchase the house of our dreams. Similarly, Sam helped us sell our house for over our asking price in under 3 days. We are very happy with Sam's service and would definitely use him again.

We have bought twice and sold once through Sam, and could not be more pleased with the services he provided. As much as he may be classified as a "sales professional", we rely on Sam as an "advice professional". His knowledge of the residential real estate market in Ottawa and surrounding areas is vast, accurate and detailed. He is honest, reliable and dependable. Each time we have worked with Sam we have relied on him for insight and advice to make sure we are heading in the right direction - and he was always there for us. He is incredibly well connected in all facets of not just real estate, but also in mortgage, legal, construction/renovation, etc... and we have done business through some of his connections and were always very pleased. When dealing with a large amount of money in a real estate transaction, and the often complicated details of the agreements, coordinating closing dates, getting top dollar on a sale and getting a good price on a purchase, etc...etc...you need to be able to trust your agent - Sam is that person for us - he always has his clients best interests at heart. We can very confidently and wholeheartedly endorse Sam Moussa as a top rate real estate professional and, as we said earlier, an "advice professional".

We worked with Sam Moussa recently to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Sam’s incredible work. Sam brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with a nice couple to sell our home to. Sam was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions. He was so responsive and is the nicest person. We had a great experience!
