After initial contact via email and phone, Mr. Moussa ensured that we set up meet and greet at a date and time agreeable to our daily itinerary. Mr. Moussa arrived at our home on the agreed upon date and time and after the normal pleasantries, we got down to business. In order to properly present your home to potential buyers, you will have work to do in order to action all the recommendations Mr. Moussa will suggest. But if you put in the sweat equity in preparing your home, it WILL pay dividends. Proof in pudding, sort of speak, was the fact that whichever Realtor went through our home with potential buyers, the feedback was always, "what an immaculate home (Thank You Sam). Mr. Moussa and his team expertly presented our home via the online medium with pictures and videos. The individual that took the pictures and videos did so in an outstanding fashion. This ensured our home was properly represented for public viewing for all potential buyers. Another facet we found helpful was the automated notification system that Mr. Moussa and his team utilizes to ensure we were kept abreast of any and all viewings of our home. Thanks to all the guidance and mentoring from and is his team, the outcome for us was positive in every facet. We received offers over our asking price and sold our home within a 36 hour period. (up for sale on a Tuesday afternoon and was sold by early Wednesday evening). Summary: My wife and I worked our butts off preparing our home for sale.
