<p>Joanne Pappin provided us with excellent care during our first time home buying experience. It was such a high learning curve for us, and full of ups and downs, but Joanne was personable and empathetic, as well as very knowledgeable. She put us at ease and gave great advice.</p>

<p>Avrill provided a professional, knowledgeable, and one on one service.<br /> As a first time home buyer moving from out of town, I was un aware of the buy/sell process and the housing in the area. My initial feelings of stress and discern of the unknown where quickly extinguished. Avrill walked me through the process day to day and went above and beyond my expectations.<br /> I was looking to buy a specific property with many "check boxes", along with exploring properties throughout different areas of the city. Countless questions from my self and visiting properties on my behalf while I was out of town, was done very promptly, and with a sense or urgency.<br /> All these factors added up to a feeling of complete accommodation and show of proffesionalism I am grateful for. When we found the property that I was set on, I was able to buy it in a timely manner.<br /> Overall I am very satisfied with service I was provided.</p>

<p>Selling lakefront property is uniquely different than non-lakefront property. Our agents were extremely impressive in helping clarify some of the idiosyncrasies that came to light and made a point of familiarizing themselves and all parties with these issues. This helped significantly in coming to acceptable terms in completing the transaction. We were kept well informed throughout the process.<br /> In buying another property, our agents were very helpful and accommodating in setting up viewings and in negotiations.<br /> We would definitely recommend their services to others.</p>
