This was the first property we had ever sold, so we needed more help from an agent than average. The property is in a development that is primarily vacation properties, so the sales volume and liquidity is low. The property sold much more quickly than we expected, and at a price very near to list. At the beginning, Lisa carefully explained the sale process to us and provided us with good advice regarding listing.
