This was the first property we had ever sold, so we needed more help from an agent than average. The property is in a development that is primarily vacation properties, so the sales volume and liquidity is low. The property sold much more quickly than we expected, and at a price very near to list. At the beginning, Lisa carefully explained the sale process to us and provided us with good advice regarding listing. She provided good feedback throughout the process and was available when we needed her. We are very happy with Lisa's services and would highly recommend her to another client.
