Based on other reviews, I selected Nichola as my realtor to help me buy my first home and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. My experience has been exceptionally positive every step of the way. Nichola’s work ethic and expertise are so, so valuable. She is a great communicator, always easy to contact, and has kept me updated at all times. With this being my first time through the process, I have had a ton of questions along the way. Nichola has patiently and thoroughly answered them all or if she doesn’t have a complete answer herself, she will get in touch with someone who does. Thanks to the search she set up for me, I was able to identify my future home the day that it appeared on the market. And thanks to Nichola’s skills as a negotiator, we struck a deal that I was extremely happy with just a couple days later. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her services and always has the client’s interests in mind. Having her on my side has made the whole process smoother than I could have imagined. I can’t recommend her strongly enough.

When we signed the listing agreement she went through everything with a fine-tooth comb, explaining every detail. Once listed she provided us with feedback from every showing that attended our property, which gave us the information we needed to decide if we wanted to make any price adjustments. Once we received an offer she really helped us navigate the negotiation process, providing us with a clear understanding of our options at each step in the process, and had a solution-oriented approach that we really appreciated.<br /> In the past we felt like we “had” to sell through a realtor – it was just part of the process for good or for bad.
