We enjoyed working with Nichola again. She helped us sell our old condo last year. She is very dedicated and I remembered she went out of her way to spend time to follow everything during her honeymoon and solved all the difficulties for us during the processing. She is very reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly... I always got quick responses by text or email. Now she has helped us to find a beautiful home. I recommended her to friend . My friend gave her a good compliment even though she hasn't found a house yet. Thanks again Nichola for all your hard work and your great advice!!

What can I say about Nichola? She was like family right from the first time she stepped in our home to chat. We loved how she was very open and honest with us and helped to guide us through every step of the way. We had so many questions and at multiple times were discouraged with the waiting game. Nichola was always there to help ease our minds and helped us understand all that is going on and what to do next. As we finalized our sale and headed into this new world of buying our forever home for our family you can’t help but feel stressed. Honestly we had soo much fun shopping around with Nichola. It was like shopping with my sister. We then found our forever home and Nichola was more than gracious with helping to get what we wanted for the price we wanted. Nichola was well diverse in the different types of houses. Clearly listened to all the pros/cons i felt about a house and modified our viewings to follow suite. Although we lost the bid on the first house, Nichola with ease help me get the one i'm in now that ended up with all the features and locations i wanted. She was great and fun to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
