This is the second time we have baought and sold with Nichola/Michael and they made it a dream again. Even in this wild market (stress levels were high thats for sure) they made us feel calm and in control. This market is not for the faint of heart but they took care of everything. We sold our little 1.5 storey home in a tree lined street and purchased a older bungalow with a huge yard and basement that is perfect for the kids playroom. We are so grateful for Nichola and Michael, thank you both! We are so happy!!

Nichola was amazing! The only reason she didn't get a full 5 stars is because we were in multiple offers - so she couldn't control the price. The seller got to force our hand as they had a few offers but we are still over the moon with the home and the price we got! The house is perfect and has a legal basement suite! Nichola helped us with renters, leases, and more! she is a landlord herself! 12/10!!! Would Recommend!

Nichola helped us buy our home 5 years ago, we contacted her to sell it and buy a new one. But after a great first meeting she educated us on keeping our current home and renting it out. She knew it was an end goal for us to have rentals and she helped us get started earlier then expected! So we rented out first home with her help! and purchased our dream home. She could have told us to sell our first home and make the commission, but she didn't. She put our goals first. So trustworthy! Fast forward we just moved into our new house and we love it. There was a hiccup with the seller (took the washer by mistake) and she got it back for us with little to no issue. She is professional, she was smart, and super educational! We used her twice now, will use her again! and again!

This was the 2nd deal with Nichola and Mike! We LOVE THEM! Smart, friendly, super fierce in negotiations. They helped us with 3 homes this year and we couldn't be happier. We interviewed a few agents to make sure we got the best. They came through every time.
