Nichola helped us buy our home 5 years ago, we contacted her to sell it and buy a new one. But after a great first meeting she educated us on keeping our current home and renting it out. She knew it was an end goal for us to have rentals and she helped us get started earlier then expected! So we rented out first home with her help! and purchased our dream home. She could have told us to sell our first home and make the commission, but she didn't. She put our goals first. So trustworthy! Fast forward we just moved into our new house and we love it. There was a hiccup with the seller (took the washer by mistake) and she got it back for us with little to no issue. She is professional, she was smart, and super educational! We used her twice now, will use her again! and again!

Nichola and Michael make a great team. They provide education throughout the process and helped us move from BC to Sherwood Park. We needed a bungalow as we are older and this market was very busy market. It was a lot of showings and lots of late night calls with Nichola.
