Moving to a city you've never been to can be a very daunting experience. Nichola eased me into this experience wonderfully. Her corporate knowledge of the city and properties along with her open and honest demeanour made this a non-stressful and successful property search. She was up front about different properties and very responsive in my changing needs/wants. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know.

Nichola was organized, energetic and well-connected to the community and other real estate agents. Her knowledge of the market allowed me to list and sell my bungalow at an excellent price with no wasted time nor frivolous showings. She expertly managed negotiations enabling me to receive an even better price than expected! Superstar!

She put detailed work into my home’s presentation to ensure a quick sale and I was very impressed with her teams effort. Nichola always kept us up to date on anything that may have changed in the market that could affect the sale of our house and she always informed us of how each showing went when information was shared with her from the other agent. She did regular follow up calls and always took as much time as was needed to address any questions or concerns we may have had. We never felt rushed when talking to her. If we were rebuying in the Edmonton area we would have used her to help us find our next home. Her assistant Kat was lovely to deal with too!

Nichola did a great job coordinating our sale and purchase. We had to stay patient, but Nichola was calm and professional, and everything worked out in the end.
