When our family decided to move to Edmonton from Ontario we didn’t know where to start or what neighbourhoods we should look into. Nichola suggested meeting virtually and we had a great zoom call with Nichola and she treated us like her clients from the get go even while we were in Ontario. She listened to our wants and concerns and recommended the nicest family areas and it was always like talking to a friend when we would talk about house searching. We changed our minds a few times on what was important to us and Nichola would change up our search with no problems! Nichola also happily helped us push our closing even earlier and made getting into our home easy! She also has referrals for mortgage and lawyers which helped especially coming from Ontario and didn’t have local referrals ourselves. Thank you Nichola, we are so happy with our new home!

Just moved to Alberta from BC I’ve been blown away from Nicholas communication and follow up from day 1. A market like BC relaters don’t do a lot houses sell at ridiculous amounts themselves and therefor an agent there does far less. Nichola was amazing so through and patient! She looked at houses for me while I was in BC she went above and beyond for us and we are so great full we found her actually from another referral. I only use businesses that have referrals to back them up and I cannot say enough about Nichola and her dedication to her clients!
