This was my 4th or 5th time using Sean Millar. As always he is a joy to work with and has a great understanding of the market!

We had the pleasure of working with Team Elfassy in the recent sale of our home . From the first point of contact, to the staging of our home by Erin , and up until the end , Dave, Nicole , Sevi and Erin were absolutely amazing, easy to work with and thorough . With the pandemic and changing market we did not know what to expect but Dave and Nicole helped us understand this and they implemented strategies to help counter the effects of the changes . Not only did we sell our home in a timely manner we also received an offer that reflects the value of our home. Selling our home of 20 years was an emotional rollercoaster and we are forever grateful for the guidance, empathy and professionalism the team displayed .
