James Frodyma was my real estate agent for both the sale of my house and the purchase of a new one. He is very diligent, dedicated and responds to questions and concerns quickly. When an opportunity arose to relocate to the United States, we needed an agent who had deep market knowledge to maximize the selling value of our home on a relatively expedited basis and in the face of a relatively challenging market in May 2022. Lena and her team provided that expert advice. The team was outstanding and the results met, and exceeded all of our expectations.
