I've worked with the Elfassy team twice; for the purchase of my first home, and the sale of the same unit. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and very understanding of my needs. Ana Di Piazza was my realtor and she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. From getting my property staged, to even cleaning up the unit after showings as I was not in the city. The service was prompt and the marketing collateral was up and ready within a week after we spoke. They did such an amazing job my unit sold in 2 days well over asking! I would definitely work with them again superior service, A team!!

We used Melissa as our buying agent during our recent move from Halifax to North York. She started helping us before we had even left Halifax and made the remote process surprisingly painless. Once we arrived Melissa put in a lot of hard work taking us to see units and even doing more virtual showings when web were too busy. In the end I think she prepared 8 offers for us including the one that was finally accepted. Given the state of the market, Melissa was extremely willing to work with us and in the end it really paid off. We are very excited about our new place!
