I worked with Lena Taylor in purchasing my first condo in the Vaughan corporate centre area. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, being extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. As a first time homebuyer, I was new to the homebuying process but Lena made it feel seamless and was great in walking me through the various steps required. I found my real estate agent James Frodyma when I googled top selling realtors in Toronto. When we met, I liked his direct approach. I asked James to take over the project and make it happen and he brought in painters, handymen, organisers, and a stager. I was not available so he did it all. Project managed the entire getting the house ready to list. We listed the house on a Friday night, and sold it the following Monday above asking. Needless to say, I highly would highly recommend James and the entire Elfassy team.
