Dave is a great agent. He helped us sell our house in a difficult market and then spent weeks answering our numerous questions until we found our perfect new home. I have had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past but I honestly felt that Dave had our best interest at heart and didn't let us settle for anything less than perfect. Thank you Dave.

Dave is awesome! Great guy to work with. Honest and straight up. Makes the buying/selling property process easy to go through. Really knows what he's talking about. Answers all my questions. Always explains everything simply and clearly. Highly recommend.
