We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with Dave Elfassy Team. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchasing of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. Thank you Dave

From the presentations that he did for his previous clients, Dave’s website showed a clear workflow of what his team would deliver. I was impressed by the full service - staging, photos, video walk-through with aerial drone, 3D walk-through, inspection report, floor plans, info via SMS, and digital signature, all at an attractive, upfront commission without negotiating. Dave was proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Dave helped me sell my condo for what I wanted in 1 week which is unheard of in my building and neighborhood. This is always supposed to be a nerve-wrecking process but with Dave, I was put at ease that everything would be taken care of with the utmost care and detail.
