<p>Dave Elfassy was so helpful in the sale of my mother in laws home. My husband and I were complete"newbies" in the world of real estate and he helped us through the selling process seamlessly. We referred to him as the "rainmaker" as he was able to sell her house for higher than asking price! My husband and I just found out we are pre approved for a morgage and we knew 100% we were going to call Dave again. We trust him completely and from what I have heard, that is a very rare thing.
