I can’t say enough good things about James Frodyma and Team Elfassy. Selling in Etobicoke in this current market is tough, but James was incredible. His advice on pricing and staging was spot on, bringing in serious interest while other listings sat stagnant. He was always available to answer questions and kept me calm when things felt unpredictable. The 1% commission structure is obviously a huge bonus, but honestly, his service was top-tier. James worked tirelessly to negotiate the deal and get it across the finish line. Highly recommend him if you want results and I’m excited to continue working with him on my new purchase.
