My experience with the Dave Elfassy team was great! Myself and my family were working with one of their agents Sean Miller for over two years and he was so patient and understanding to all of our needs. Never did we feel pressured or rushed into buying a home that was not perfect for us. Whenever we were interested in a home he was always very flexible and available to show it to us as soon as possible, whether it be on the weekend, evenings or even holidays, he always accommodated our busy schedules. He also was very honest and knowledgable about the current market and the neighbourhood we were interested in. When we finally found our dream home he was quick to write up the offer we wanted to submit and negotiated with their agent to make the deal happen.
