Ken was amazing! During the sale of our home, Ken has shown dedication like no other realtors. Our home was not an easy sale as it was slightly higher than normal market value in the area but Ken kept on trying and got us an above avg price compare to market price. When my family has already lost hope of selling, Ken was able to come up with creative ways to market the house. He has spent more time showing the home and doing marketing than any other realtors that we have ever meet and that says something when I am a Mortgage Broker and my family has bought and sold more than dozen of real estate properties in Greater Vancouver area. Will we not only continue to work with Ken in the future but I will also personally recommend him to all my family, friends, and clients. Keep up the good work!

We understand the market for executive homes wasn't favoring the sellers, and with all the custom features this home provided, it's a niche market.
