My mom and dad put a deposit on a waterfront condo back in 2018 and finally after 6.5 years, it’s completed and I received the keys for my new home. I’d like to thank my parents and Ken Hu, our realtor and now, my future realtor, who enabled us to get a chance at securing a unit in this difficult to attain building by Bosa.
Ken was there from the beginning and also to make sure we were well guided throughout the closing process. I highly recommend Ken due to his commitment, professionalism, patience, dedication and communication throughout the long purchasing process.
