Ricardo is a really great listener and took the time to take in what I was looking for and help me narrow down my options. He was very patient and I never felt pushed to buy anything. I was very picky and didn't want to settle for just anything, and he was on board with that right away. He sat and went through the breakdown of condo fees, where they go to and any previous large extra payments that may have been seen in the past that might put up any red flags. He has lots of extra resources at hand for after purchase.

On top of Ricardo's professionalism, he has a friendly demeanour and an abundance of positive energy to keep the house hunt going! We would definitely use Ricardo in the future and highly recommend him to other potential home buyers/sellers.
