Ricardo is energetic, authentic, competent and reliable. We had not purchased real estate for quite a few years, and he was very patient in providing explanations whenever we needed. From our initial call, to showing, to offer to completion happened a little over a week - he was available whenever we needed. He also provided a referral to a Mortgage Broker partner of his that was also amazing.

Ricardo was referred to me by a friend, and he really went above and beyond to help me find my perfect first home. He is professional, approachable, thoughtful, knowledgable, and quick! He never pressured me, but he asked me the tough questions necessary to help me make a decision. I found my dream home, and with multiple offers, I would not have been the successful buyer without Ricardo’s advice. Even my mortgage broker commented that Ricardo was particularly “on it” compared to other real estate agents, and I agree that he was exceptionally responsive. If you are looking to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Ricardo!

When negotiating, the house was a fixer upper, more then 50 years old and it would have been nice to have known what we could have negotiated and how much it was going to cost based on upgrades. He was very helpful to speaking with the sellers and was very supportive when we needed to get all the conditions met fast. The "neighborhood knowledge" details, we had more knowledge about as we lived in the neighborhood for more then 5 years. This was more to do with the area Ricardo usually deals with and not his lack of his dedication to learning more about the area. Vancouver is a big place and Ricardo does like to explore and learn! Ricardo was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

I would without hesitation recommend Ricardo for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
