I can’t say enough about how professional Ricardo was to work with! He exceeded our expectations with making sure we got top dollar with the least amount of hassle! Wouldn’t use any one else as a real estate agent in British Columbia!

On Nov. 1, 2020, I downsized and moved out of my Surrey condo. Overwhelmed by the prospect of having to sell my former home, a friend offered his help to connect me with a buyer. That’s when my adult children stepped in and advised me to hire a professional. They put me in touch with Ricardo and the rest, as they say, is history. From day one, Ricardo was incredibly responsive and patient, walking me through his strategy for getting the best possible return with the minimum cost. He introduced me to virtual staging, which displayed the potential of my condo without the burden of buying physical furniture. He took care of so many details that I was stressed about. In just over a week, he was ready to list my condo. Two days later, I had fifteen offers, all of which were at or above the asking price. Within two weeks of working with Ricardo, he sold my condo at 90K over the asking price. Today, Nov 30th, I relinquish the keys to the condo’s new owners. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that all of this was possible, much less doable in one month. I’m so grateful to Ricardo for his professionalism and generosity. He turned a stressful transition into a delightful one. I’d recommend him to anyone I know in a heartbeat.

I really wanted to share my experience with Ricardo. I met Ricardo through My husband and our recent pre-sale purchase was quite a whirlwind. Most people might think it’s not necessary to have a real estate agent for a pre-sale but he really was invaluable. Firstly, upon meeting him I instantly knew he was someone I could trust and that he was at the core a really good person who cared about people and building long lasting relationships. He has an energy about him, the kind of energy you want to bottle up and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. He even wanted to directly talk to the developer to present and negotiate the price of the unit. He even urged us to consider renting out our current unit instead of selling and him getting a commission because he said it could be an investment and a place for Charlotte to live one day! He can handle any roadblocks big or small and you feel 100% confident you are in good and caring hands.
