I would 100% recommend Ricardo to my family and friends! As first-time homebuyers, he handled our questions and concerns with ease and comfort. He provided professional insight about the real home value based on the neighbourhood, zoning, renovation potential, suite income (stuff we don't know). Most importantly he always gave us his honest opinion about the situation - and it worked. We ended up buying a house in North Vancouver for 110K under the appraised value, in a seller's market! It was a pleasure working with Ricardo and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
