Guy Cooley sold my home a couple of years ago and then most recently was my realtor for the purchase of another home. There was no question that he was the right choice for both. I’ve rated him 5 star in all categories and here’s why. All the factors of this review are indeed relevant however, the combination of all of them create a top notch realtor with ability and confidence to negotiate strongly on your behalf and Guy’s dedication and commitment to his clients is unmatched in my experience. When it comes time to close the deal, as much as all factors rated above are relevant, none more so than the power of negotiation and with staying on top of all other factors Guy Keeps himself relevant and is a strong negotiator -always with the best interests of his clients in mind. It’s sometimes a very fne line between closing a deal or not and so when it comes down to the core of what matters you want the best negotiator representing you - you have exactly that with Guy - 5 star all the way!
